My new GF Anna got her hair permed and colored yesterday. I like her color a lot. The perm is really hot with the curl and volume.
Anna loves getting her hair done. This was her last perm, a curly bob with alot of curl and stacked voume. I like her new color better than her natural black. Stay tuned for more of her older styles.

A couple of summers ago I went blonde with spiral curls. I got loads of compliments and looks. I reallly like this style.
Tomy talked her GF, Soon-Yi, into getting a very tight spiral perm on flexible benders at a Korean hair salon here in LA. Here are some pics of her transformation.
It took her stylist forever to spiral wrap all these benders, Actually two Korean stylists ended up taking turns wrapping her hair.
I think they used over 250 benders to wrap her hair. It took hours.
Almost fully wrapped what a sight.
Finally it was time for the wave solution, bagging and processing under some heat. Soon-yi was getting pretty tired at this point.
And here was the final happy result. We couldn't believe the mass of curls, so tight and every one so well defined. Keeping her perm this way took a fair bit of daily work with several products. But it was worth it and we thought she looked great.
Recently Tomoko (Tomy) my GF who is a stylist gave our GF Riko a spiral perm.
She didn't want her perm to be too tight so she got wrapped in a combination of purple and white rods.
Processing her perm took quite a while but the wave solution and neutralizer had a really nice fragrance.
Riko gets unwrapped to reveal her shoulder length wet tight curls. Her hair looked and smelled gorgeous.
